Operators + engineers + agent teams

Put agent teams to work inside your business.

Start with one valuable workflow. Bravo brings operator judgment, senior engineering and specialized agents to build it, run it or teach your team to. Your people keep authority over priorities, permissions and production.

Inside your operation

Give agents a defined job. Keep people accountable for the result.

These are operating patterns from work delivered by Elegant Software Solutions, the firm our CTO founded. Explore the handoffs, the human checkpoint and the evidence each workflow leaves behind.

A real pattern, made visible

A quote starts with the request, not a blank form.

A sales rep can begin with a customer email or voice-note transcript. The agent prepares a structured quote for a person to review.

Two ways to work

We run it, or we build it with you and teach your team.

  1. Path 1

    We run it

Bravo owns delivery end to end. You own the decisions.

    • Architecture and build
    • Independent QA on every release
    • Releases, operations and support

You own: The priorities, and the go or no-go at every gate.

    How we run it
  2. Path 2

    We build it with you

We build alongside your people and teach them to run it.

    • Pairing and code reviews
    • Playbooks, runbooks and recorded decisions
    • A planned handover

You own: The team we leave behind. Success is how little you need us afterward.

    How we teach your team

Start with either path, or start with the first and move to the second.

What hands-on means

We don't hand you a roadmap and leave.

Strategy and platform choices are part of the job. So is everything after them. On a Bravo engagement, these are ours to do.

How we deliver
  1. Own the architecture

A senior engineer designs the system and signs off on the structural decisions.

  2. Write the code

AI agent teams write the custom code under that engineer's direction.

  3. Review every change

An independent reviewer checks the exact work before it merges; additional model diversity is used where the workflow calls for it.

  4. Run the pipelines

We set up and run the build, test and deployment pipelines, with environments defined as code.

  5. Gate every release

An independent QA check on the exact release, with the evidence recorded, before it ships.

  6. Release and support

We deploy, monitor and fix what's live, under a service level agreed in the engagement.

  7. Write the runbooks

Runbooks, playbooks and recorded decisions, so the system never depends on one person's memory.

  8. Coach your engineers

Pairing, code reviews and capability milestones for your team, when you want to own it.

Why Bravo

Most technology firms have never run a route. Most operators have never shipped software.

We’ve done both, and we built Bravo so our clients get both in one accountable team.

The operating side

Ben co-founded Anthem Pest Control in 2017 and grew it from 1,500 accounts to more than 35,000 across three states in four years. Source

The engineering side

Tom founded Elegant Software Solutions in 2007, has held CTO-level responsibility for MDSi since 2017, and rebuilt his delivery model around AI agent teams. He is closing ESS in favor of Bravo.

Our own companies

We're building the kind of companies we help our clients become.

AI is part of how we run our own businesses. More Gain Capital, founded by Ben Morgan, combines a portfolio of operating companies with a focus on AI and data. Its companies give the work a practical setting: real teams, real customers and decisions their owners are accountable for.

Ben is bringing the judgment he developed building and running businesses into a new role: directing people, data and AI together. Working alongside Tom Hundley, who became More Gain Capital's Chief Technology Officer in March 2026, he is putting that approach into practice across the portfolio.

Bravo brings those capabilities together for clients: understanding the business, building the systems and helping leadership put them to work.

Before Bravo

Enterprise-class engineering, for companies like these.

Bravo is a new company. The engineering behind it is not. Over 25 years, our CTO and the firm he founded have built software for these companies, or connected their clients’ systems to them.

Track record

Engagement models

Buy leadership, a first quarter, or a team.

Either path can start as senior leadership, a defined first quarter, or an ongoing team. The first call is free, prices are quoted per engagement, and every proposal names what we are accountable for and how it will be measured.

The Bravo build process

Four stages, with a go or no-go decision at every gate that stays yours.

How it works
  1. 1AssessRank what is worth doing
  2. 2DesignAgree scope, measures and price
  3. 3BuildAccept each working release
  4. 4OperateMeasure adoption, review monthly

Guardrails and adoption are part of the design: define the permissions, approvals, records and independent review each workflow needs. Agree adoption measures and an operating review when Bravo runs the work. Also available: fixed-scope builds with a quoted price and schedule, and managed operations after launch.

AI-native delivery

The art and science of building with agent teams.

Our CTO directs specialized agents that plan, build, test and document, with independent review before work ships. The exact gates depend on the workflow and its agreed authority. This is how his firm has delivered the agent work in our track record.

  • A senior human owns the architecture and the outcome
  • An independent reviewer checks the exact work
  • Actions and approvals are recorded to the agreed scope

Climb Analytics

See your whole operation from higher ground.

Climb Analytics is More Gain Capital's analytics and professional-services division for home-service operators. It connects to FieldRoutes, Podium and Applause and turns them into one live picture of revenue, retention, technician performance and what's coming next.

Building custom software with us? It can ship with a Climb Analytics reporting dashboard, so the new system reports on day one.
