Track record

Shipped to production, not left in a deck.

Bravo was formed in 2026 to bring this operating and engineering experience under one roof. The engagements below were delivered by Elegant Software Solutions, the engineering firm our CTO founded in 2007 and is now closing in favor of Bravo. Each is credited to the firm that did the work.

How the work is proven

Three kinds of evidence.

How the code was built, how releases were evidenced for auditors, and how the teams are run. Clients are named only where they are already named on this site.

  • Climb Analytics, a Bravo affiliate

    AI application delivery

AI agent teams generated the custom application code behind the Climb Analytics platform. Our CTO directed the work and set the architecture, the data contracts and the security model.

    • Metric definitions record the formula and source fields behind each number
    • Tenant-scoped data and role-based access
    • Controlled releases, with deployment records and recorded tests

Custom application code only; vendor products and frameworks are excluded. Delivered by Elegant Software Solutions for Climb Analytics.

  • A national telecom logistics company

    Audit-ready delivery

Our CTO's team has supplied the change-control and release evidence for a client's recurring enterprise audits, showing auditors how each change reached production and who approved it.

    • Documented change procedures and revision history
    • Production changes traced to approvals and QA results
    • Deployment and promotion records

Delivered by Elegant Software Solutions under Tom Hundley's leadership.

  • The operating method

    The operating model

Human-led AI teams. A senior engineer gives each team its outcome and direction, specialist agents do the work, and a separate reviewer challenges the exact result before anyone calls it done.

    • A daily standup against the actual work
    • Independent QA on every release
    • Recorded decisions and acceptance evidence
    The working cadence

The same model our CTO uses to run his own firm every day.

B2B sales operations

A conversational quote builder for the sales team

Sales reps paste a loose customer email, or describe what the customer wants in plain English, and get back a complete, structured quote. The agent is memory-backed and audit-logged, so it improves with use and leaders can see which inputs produced which quotes.

What was built

  • Conversational quote agent
  • Catalog and pricing resolution
  • CRM and ERP integration
  • Audit-logged generation

Outcomes

  • Quote turnaround went from hours to minutes
  • Forwarded emails and voice-note transcripts became usable quote inputs
  • Sales leadership can audit and tune the agent
How it works
  1. Loose email or voice note
  2. Conversational quote agent
  3. Catalog and pricing lookup
  4. Structured quote for review
  5. Audit trail for leadership

Autonomous engineering

An agent pipeline that fixes production bugs end to end

A production exception triggers an agent pipeline that researches the bug, writes a failing test, fixes the code through three different AI models in adversarial review, ships the patch, records the lesson in a knowledge graph and notifies the customer.

What was built

  • Ten-stage exception-to-notification pipeline
  • Three-model adversarial review gate
  • Knowledge graph of every fix

Outcomes

  • For the class of bugs it handles, time from exception to customer notification fell from days to minutes
  • At least two of three models must approve before a fix ships
  • Regression tests are written before the fix and stay in the suite
How it works
  1. Production exception
  2. Agent researches the bug
  3. Failing test written first
  4. Three-model review
  5. Fix shipped, customer notified

Telecom logistics

Multi-flow integration platform with a major US telecom carrier

An integration platform between MDSi and a major US carrier covering purchase orders, transfer orders, ownership changes, inventory and supply forecasts. Each business flow follows one canonical pipeline pattern, and every environment is defined in Terraform.

What was built

  • Eleven documented business flows
  • A repeatable seven-step pipeline pattern
  • Machine-to-machine authentication and monitoring

Outcomes

  • Production outbound went live on the carrier's production tier in April 2026
  • New flows onboard by copying the pattern, not re-debating architecture
  • Configuration drift is prevented because Terraform is the source of truth
  • Operational runbooks captured as agent-callable skills
How it works
  1. Business flow triggered
  2. Canonical seven-step pipeline
  3. Azure Functions and Service Bus
  4. Machine-to-machine auth

In the interest of full disclosure: four of these engagements are for MDSi, whose development ESS has run since 2015 and where our CTO has held CTO-level responsibility since 2017; one is for Climb Analytics, a More Gain Capital division whose lead customer was Anthem Pest Control, the company our CEO co-founded. The wholesale distribution engagement is an arm’s-length client, described rather than named; Church’s Texas Chicken, also arm’s-length, is named with Tom’s approval; the nonprofit engagement, for Goodwill, is named as Elegant Software Solutions publishes it. Details are drawn from case studies and project records published by Elegant Software Solutions and its founder. End customers of the clients are described, not named. Outcomes are as reported by the delivery team; we do not publish estimated savings.
