About
The operator and the engineer, under one roof.
Bravo Fractional Solutions is a More Gain Capital company. It pairs a CEO who co-founded, scaled and exited an operating business with a CTO who has spent 25 years building the software businesses run on, alongside an experienced finance leader.
Our story
Two careers, one company.
Ben Morgan has worked in pest control since 2001, from door-to-door sales to co-founding Anthem Pest Control in 2017 and growing it from 1,500 accounts to more than 35,000 across three states in four years. He knows what it takes to run routes, keep customers and hand a buyer a business worth owning. Today, as founder of More Gain Capital, he directs people, data and AI together across its companies.
Tom Hundley spent the same years building the software businesses run on. He founded Elegant Software Solutions in 2007, has held CTO-level responsibility for MDSi’s technology platform since 2017, and rebuilt his firm around teams of AI agents that he directs. In March 2026, he became Chief Technology Officer of More Gain Capital.
In September 2026 Bravo was formed as a More Gain Capital company, with Ben and Tom leading it, so operators can get both in one accountable team. The two already work this way across More Gain Capital’s companies, where comprehensive AI automation is being implemented at Your Peptide Brand. Tom is closing Elegant Software Solutions in favor of Bravo, and its engineering practice continues here.

The operatorBen Morgan
Chief Executive Officer
Ben has worked in pest control since 2001. He started in door-to-door sales, moved into operations at Alterra and Aptive Environmental, and in 2017 co-founded Anthem Pest Control.
Anthem grew from 1,500 accounts in 2017 to more than 35,000 across three states in four years. Anthem's owners sold its Texas and South Carolina operations in 2023, and Ben completed his exit in 2026. He is CEO of Rocktomic Labs, a white-label supplement platform and 2023 Inc. 5000 honoree, and CEO of PestFuel, a growth-marketing agency for pest control operators.
Ben founded More Gain Capital, which combines a portfolio of operating companies, including Your Peptide Brand, with a focus on AI and data. He now directs people, data and AI together across those companies, working alongside Tom, with Ben setting the operating priorities and owning adoption. At Your Peptide Brand, comprehensive AI automation is being implemented now.

How we work
What carries over from Elegant Software Solutions.
Bravo keeps the working principles of the firm our CTO built over nineteen years.
- 01
Engineering-led advice
Senior engineering leaders scope the work and stay accountable through delivery.
- 02
Leaders understand the work
AI projects fail when leadership doesn't understand what is being built, so we explain it in plain language, show it working early, and train the people who will use it.
- 03
We use what we sell
Our CTO uses agent workflows in his own software delivery, from requirements through code review, security and documentation. We adapt that method to the work clients ask us to own.
- 04
Senior and direct
You work directly with the senior people accountable for the work.
